Company Private Limited values your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the privacy policy and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your information when you use our website located at www.epayhub.in, or the ePayhub mobile application (collectively, “Platform”) made available by Flexypay Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at 91 Springboard, Plot No. 71, LVS Arcade, Jubilee Enclave, Hitec City, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Company whether on the Platform or otherwise.

Please read this Policy before using the Platform or submitting any personal information to Company. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use. If you have any questions or comments about the Policy, please contact us at help at(at=@)epayhub.in.

This Policy does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party, such as social networks or pay through our Services and any other third party that you use in connection with its Services. We encourage you to consult directly with such third-parties about their privacy practices.

In terms of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, any grievance or complaint may be intimated to the Grievance redressal officer, email: gro at(at=@)epayhub.in. The complaint shall be redressed within a period of 21 days.

  1. YOUR CONSENT

    By using the Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy.  If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Platform or the Services therein.

  2. POLICY CHANGES

    We may occasionally update this Policy and such changes will be posted on this page. If we make any significant changes to this Policy we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice on the Platform or to your email address on record and where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Policy shall constitute your consent to the updated Policy.

  3. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. “Personal information” is defined to include information that whether on its own or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify or contact you such as: name, address, email address, phone number etc.
    2. We collect personal information from you availing our products and services. This information is partially or completely accessible to all visitors using Company’s Platform or mobile application, either directly or by submitting a request for a service. Users are required to create an account to be able to access the Platform, and will be required to disclose and provide to Company information including personal contact details, bank details, personal identification details (such as PAN card, Aadhar card, phonebook, call logs etc.) and participate in polls or surveys or feedbacks etc. Such information gathered shall be utilized to ensure greater customer satisfaction and help a customer satiate their needs. The type of personal information that we collect from you varies based on your particular interaction with our Platform or mobile application.
    3. Consumers: During the Account registration process and during your usage of Platform or application, we will collect information such as your name, postal code, telephone email address and other personal information. You also may provide us with your, mailing address, and demographic information, PAN Details, Aadhar Card details and bank details (e.g., gender, age, political preference, education, race or ethnic origin, and other information relevant to user surveys and/or offers). We may also collect personal information that you post in your Offer, Profile, Wants, or Feedback, and any comments or discussions you post in any blog, chat room, or other correspondence site on the Platform or mobile application, or any comments you provide during dispute resolution with other users of the Platform.
    4. Background Verification: User acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, the Company or an entity /agency appointed or nominated by the Company (“Verifier”), may undertake background verification checks of the User in order to authenticate inter alia the genuineness and solvency of the User. In light of the above, the User expressly consents to and acknowledges the following:
      1. User does not and will not have any objection to Company sharing the User’s personal information and documents, including but not limited to name, gender, date of birth, addresses, mobile number, email, education record, employment record, Aadhaar number, other government issued IDs such as Voter ID, PAN card, driving license etc. (collectively “Proprietary Information”) with the Verifier for the purpose of background checks and verification.
      2. The User authorizes the Verifier to securely store the User’s Proprietary Information on their platform and understands that the Verifier shall endeavour to ensure confidentiality of the same.
      3. The User acknowledges that the digital record of the Proprietary Information on the Verifier’s platform shall be accessible to Company and Company and their authorized users/partners/affiliates/contractors shall be entitled to access and update such digital record on the Verifier’s platform, including data, documents, certificates, verification reports, references, testimonials, etc. and shall be entitled to use the related services provided via the Verifier’s platform.
      4. The User acknowledges that if the User is desirous of editing and/or deleting its digital record from the Verifier’s platform, it shall be entitled to do so by sending an email to such email address of the Verifier which shall be immediately provided by the Company to the User, and in such a manner as the Verifier requires the same.
      5. Company reserves its right to take appropriate actions (in its sole discretion) pursuant to the outcome of the background check and verification.
      6. Company reserves the right to record the transactions between users and company financial advisors facilitated by Company through the messaging/chat mechanism on the platform or the calls made through the virtual numbers provided to safeguard the privacy of consumers.
      7. If we deem it necessary, in our sole and absolute discretion, we may also ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about your credit from a credit bureau (to the extent permitted by law), or information to verify any identification details you provide during registration.
  4. COLLECTION OF FINANCIAL SMS INFORMATION

    We don’t collect, read or store your personal SMS from your inbox. We collect and monitor only financial SMS sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders from your inbox which helps us in identifying the various bank accounts that you may be holding, cash flow patterns, description and amount of the transactions undertaken by you as a user to help us perform a risk assessment which enables us to determine your risk profile and to provide you with the appropriate services. This process will enable you to take financial facilities from the regulated financial entities available on the Platform. This Financial SMS data also includes your historical data.

  5. COLLECTION OF DEVICE LOCATION AND DEVICE INFORMATION

    We collect and monitor the information about the location of your device to provide serviceability of your loan application, to reduce risk associated with your loan application and to provide pre-approved customised loan offers. This also helps us to verify the address, make a better credit risk decision and expedite know your customer (KYC) process. Information the App collects, and its usage, depends on how you manage your privacy controls on your device.

    When you install the App, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the device you are using. We collect information from the device when you download and install the App and explicitly seek permissions from You to get the required information from the device. The information we collect from your device includes the hardware model, build model, RAM, storage; unique device identifiers like IMEI, serial number, SSAID; SIM information that includes network operator, roaming state, MNC and MCC codes, WIFI information that includes MAC address and mobile network information to uniquely identify the devices and ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds.

  6. COLLECTION OF INSTALLED APPLICATIONS

    We collect a list of the installed applications’ metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your credit worthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized loan offers.

  7. COLLECTION OF CONTACTS INFORMATION

    We collect a list the Contacts metadata information which includes the number of contacts, count of contacts with phone number, contacts created monthly to detect the fraudulent behavior and assess your credit worthiness. Personal contact information like name of the contacts or phone number of the contacts and other similar information is not collected.

  8. STORAGE

    We require storage permission so that your KYC and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone. You can then easily upload the correct KYC related documents for faster loan application details filling and disbursal process. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application.

  9. CAMERA

    We require the camera information permission to provide you an easy/smooth experience and to enable you to click photos of your KYC documents along with other requisite documents and upload the same on the App during your loan application journey.

  10. COLLECTION OF OTHER NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users and improve our services. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. We also collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the URL used by you to connect your computer to the internet, etc. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Website or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address. Cookies are small data files that a Website stores on Your computer. We will use cookies on our Website similar to other lending websites / apps and online marketplace websites / apps.

    Use of this information helps Us identify You in order to make our Website more user friendly. Most browsers will permit You to decline cookies but if You choose to do this it might affect service on some parts of Our Website. If you choose to make a purchase through the Platform, we collect information about your buying behaviour. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. if you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Website, we collect such information into a file specific to you.

  11. LINK TO THIRD-PARTY SDK

    The App has a link to a registered third party SDK which collects data on our behalf and data is stored to a secured server to perform a credit risk assessment. We ensure that our third party service provider takes extensive security measures in order to protect your personal information against loss, misuse or alteration of the data. Our third-party service provider employs separation of environments and segregation of duties and have strict role-based access control on a documented, authorized, need-to-use basis. The stored data is protected and stored by application-level encryption. They enforce key management services to limit access to data. Furthermore, our registered third party service provider provides hosting security – they use industry-leading anti-virus, anti-malware, intrusion prevention systems, intrusion detection systems, file integrity monitoring, and application control solutions

  12. Collection of Personal Information from Social Networking Sites
    1. You may log into our Platform through your Facebook account/ Google Account/ or such option available on the Platform (“Social Account”). If you do so, you must enter the email address and password that you use for your Social account. We will ask that you grant us permission to access and collect your Social Account basic information (this includes your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information you have set to public on your Facebook account). If you allow us to have access to this information, then we will have access to this information even if you have chosen not to make that information public.
    2. We store the information that we receive from Social Account with other information that we collect from you or receive about you.
    3. The respective Social Account controls the information it collects from you. For information about how Social Accounts may use and disclose your information, including any information you make public, please consult the respective Social Account's privacy policy. We have no control over how any third party site uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.
  13. Collection of Automatic Information, Use of Cookies And Other Tracking Devices
    1. We and our third party service providers, which include ad networks, use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Platform and Services, such as your browser type, your ISP or operating system, your domain name, your access time, the URL of the previous website you visited, your page views, your IP address, and the type of device that you use. We also track how frequently you visit our Platform and use our Services. We use this information (including the information collected by our third party service providers) for Platform analytics (including to determine which portions of our Platform are used most frequently, what our users like/do not like), to assist us in determining relevant advertising (both on and off our Platform), to evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns, and as otherwise described in this policy. Currently, we do not honour browser requests not to be tracked.
    2. We may obtain your device ID, which is sent to Company's servers and used in fraud prevention efforts.
    3. We and our third-party service providers collect information from you by using cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on user's computer hard drive containing information about the user. The cookie helps us analyze web traffic or informs you about your use of a particular website. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual, tailoring its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. When you visit the Platform, we may send one or more cookies (i.e., a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer that identifies your browser.
    4. Some of these cookies may be connected to third-party companies or websites. The terms of use of such cookies are governed by this Policy and the privacy policy of the relevant third-party company or website. If you disable cookies you may be prevented from taking full advantage of the Platform because it may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
    6. Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer's hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Platform to, among other things, track the activities of Platform visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about Platform usage. We and our third party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers, to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.
  14. HOW COMPANY USES THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

      7. To periodically send promotional emails to the email address you provide regarding new products from Company, special offers from Company or other information about Company that we think you may find interesting;
      8. To contact you via email, telephone, facsimile or mail, or, where requested, by text message, to deliver certain services or information you have requested;
      9. For Company's market research purposes, including, but not limited to, the customization of the Platform according to your interests;
      10. We may use your demographic information (i.e., age, postal code, residential and commercial addresses, and other various data) to more effectively facilitate the promotion of goods and services to appropriate target audiences and for other research and analytical purposes;
      11. To resolve disputes, to protect ourselves and other users of our Platform and Services, and to enforce our Terms of Use;
      12. We also may compare personal information collected through the Platform and Services to verify its accuracy with personal information collected from third parties; and
      13. We may combine aggregate data with the personal information we collect about you.
    2. From time to time, Company may use personal information for new and unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change regarding information previously collected, Company shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent of any such uses as may be required by law.
  15. ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS, INVITATIONS, POLLS AND SURVEYS

    At our sole discretion, Company may offer any of the following free services on the Platform, which you may select to use or receive at your option. Certain of the following services may require you to provide additional personal information as detailed below:

    1. Electronic Newsletters

      We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. We will gather the email addresses of users who sign up for Company for the newsletter mailing list. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by opting out of receiving newsletters during the registration process, by following the link provided in each newsletter that points users to a subscription management page where the user can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters or by changing their preferences in their Profile Settings page.

    2. Send To A Friend

      Our Platform users can voluntarily choose to electronically forward a link, page, or document to someone else by clicking "send to a friend." To do so, the user must provide his or her email address, as well as the email address of the recipient or such information through they wish to transmit through. The user's email address is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

    3. Polling

      We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues, Services, and/or the Platform. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user. We may use a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users.

    4. Surveys

      We may conduct user surveys from time to time to better target our content to our Platform users. We will not share individual responses from these surveys with any third party. We will share aggregate data with third party service providers, partners, and other third parties. We also will post aggregate data containing survey responses on our Platform; that data may be viewed and downloaded by other users of our Platform.

    We employ procedural and technological security measures, which are reasonably designed to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Company may use encryption, passwords, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. No security measures, however, are 100% complete. Therefore, we do not promise and cannot guarantee, and thus you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will not be collected and used by others. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. Company is not responsible for the unauthorized use of your information or for any lost, stolen, compromised passwords, or for any activity on your Account via unauthorized password activity.

      We may disclose your information including Personal Information if: (i) Company reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary in order to comply with a legal process (such as a court order, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirement of any governmental authority, (ii) disclosure would potentially mitigate our liability in an actual or potential lawsuit, (iii) reasonably necessary to enforce this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use etc. (iv) disclosure is intended to help investigate or prevent unauthorized transactions or other illegal activities, or (v) necessary or appropriate to protect our rights or property, or the rights or property of any person or entity.

    2. Information Disclosed To Third Party Service Providers And Business Partners

      We may contract with various third parties for the provision and maintenance of the Platform, Services and our business operations, and Company may need to share your personal information and data generated by cookies and aggregate information (collectively, "information") with these vendors and service agencies. For example, we may provide your information to a credit card processing company to process your payment. The vendors and service agencies will not receive any right to use your personal information beyond what is necessary to perform its obligations to provide the Services to you. If you complete a survey, we also may share your information with the survey provider; if we offer a survey in conjunction with another entity, we also will disclose the results to that entity.

    3. Disclosure to Non-Affiliated Third Parties in Furtherance of Your Request

      Your request for services may be shared with third party Platforms with whom we have a contractual relationship in order to provide your request with maximum exposure. The post on the third party Platform will include the details of your request, including your location, and other contact details. Interested bidders, however, will be able to click on your request on such third party site, and will be directed to our Platform where they will have access to your contact details (Partial or complete), as would any other service provider on our Platform interested in bidding on your request.

    4. Information Disclosed to Company’s Financial Advisors

      We will disclose your information, including, without limitation, your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user ID history, bank details, PAN Details, Aadhar details, transaction details quoting and listing history, and fraud complaints, to our financial advisors in order for us to render our Services.

    5. Information Disclosed to Law Enforcement or Government Officials

      We will disclose your information, including, without limitation, your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user ID history, quoting and listing history, and fraud complaints, to law enforcement or other government officials if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or otherwise in cooperation with an investigation of a governmental authority.

    6. In The Event of a Change of Control or Bankruptcy

      In the event that Company undergoes a change in control, including, without limitation, a merger or sale of all or substantially all of Company's assets to which this Platform relates or other corporate reorganization in which Company participates, and is thus merged with or acquired by a third party entity (a "Successor"), Company hereby reserves the right to transfer the information we have collected from the users of the Platform and/or Services to such Successor.

      In addition, in the event of Company's bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application or laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, Company may not be able to control how your information is transferred, used, or treated and reserves the right to transfer the information we have collected from the users of the Platform and/or Services to non-affiliated third parties in such event.

    7. Information Disclosed at Your Request

      We may share your personal information with other Registered Users to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information or if you explicitly consent to such disclosure upon receipt of a specific Service. For instance, when you contract for a specific Service with another Registered User, Company will send that Registered User a notice that includes the personal information that you have chosen to allow Company to reveal to users with whom you contract.

  18. LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES

    The Platform may contain links to other websites or resources over which Company does not have any control. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by Company of those external websites. You acknowledge that Company is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that Company is not responsible for the content of such external websites. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such external websites and such sites are not governed by this Policy. Your use of any external website is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy located on the linked to external website.

  19. UPDATING, DELETING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

    You can review, correct and delete your personal information by logging into the Platform and navigating to your preferences page in "Edit Profile." You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Typically, we will not manually alter your personal information because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. Nonetheless, upon your request we will close your Account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible based on your Account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain information from closed Accounts in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations of any Registered User, enforce our Terms of Use, and take any other actions otherwise permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole and absolute discretion. You should understand, however, that once you publicly post a Request, Offer, Want, Feedback, or any other information onto the Platform, you may not be able to change or remove it. Once we have deleted or removed your Account, you agree that Company shall not be responsible for any personal information that was not included within your deleted and/or removed Account that remains on the Platform.

  20. WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE REGARDING USE OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your Account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

  21. THIRD-PARTY AD NETWORKS

    We participate in third party ad networks that may display advertisements on other websites based on your visits to our Site as well as other websites. This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements by displaying ads for products and services in which you might be interested. Third party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you.   22. YOUR FULL NAME AND USE OF COMPANY INFORMATION
    1. Your Full Name

      As a Registered User of the Platform you will select a Full Name during the registration process. All of your activities on the Platform will be traceable to your Full Name. Certain other people, including other Registered Users with whom you have transacted business via the Platform, can see a large part of your activity on the Platform. If you book a service with a Registered User, cancel a scheduled service with a Registered User, receive an offer on your posted service from a Registered User, or have posted a service, Company may send a notice to you or the appropriate Registered User that includes your Full Name. Thus, if you associate your real name with your Full Name, the people to whom you have revealed your name may be able to personally identify your Platform activities.

    2. Using Information from Company

      The Platform facilitates your sharing of personal information with others in order to negotiate, provide, and use the Services. If you agree to contract for a service with another Registered User, you may need to reveal your name, email, phone number, or personal address to that individual so that the service may be performed. Please respect the privacy of others. You agree to use the information of other users solely for the following purposes: (a) Company-transaction-related purposes; and (b) using Services offered through the Platform.

    3. Account Protection

      Your password is the key to your Account. When creating your password you should use unique numbers, letters, special characters, and combinations thereof. In addition, DO NOT disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, you are solely responsible for all actions taken via your Account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Thus, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you must immediately notify Company to change your password.

  23. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

    The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information will remain valid until such time it is withdrawn by you in writing. If you withdraw your consent, the Company will stop processing the relevant Personal Information except to the extent that the Company has other grounds for processing such Personal Information under applicable laws. The Company will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Company or by using the functionalities of the Website.

  24. USER GENERATED CONTENT

    We invite you to post content on our Platform, including your comments, feedback, pictures, and any other information that you would like to be available on our Platform. If you post content to our Platform, all of the information that you post will be available to all visitors to our Platform. If you post your own content on our Platform or Services, your posting may become public and Company cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.

  25. PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES

    This policy is current as of the effective date set forth above. Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change this policy from time to time by updating this document. Company will post its updated policy on the platform on this page. Company encourages you to review this policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this platform and/or continued provision of personal information to us will be subject to the terms of the then-current Policy.

  26. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHARGEBACK
    1. Company shall confirm and initiate the execution of the transaction initiated by You upon receiving confirmation from You for the same. If You wish to cancel a transaction on the Platform, You shall contact the platform and raise a request. It is to be noted that You may have to pay a cancellation fee for transactions initiated on the Platform for which work has already been commenced by the payment gateway.
    2. Company may cancel the transaction initiated by You on the Platform, if:
      1. The designated account provided by You is outside the service zone of Company.
      2. Failure to get your response via phone or any other communication channel at the time of confirmation of the order booking.
      3. The transaction involves illegal, offensive actions or violative of the Terms of Use.
      4. Information, instructions and authorisations provided by You is not complete or sufficient to execute the transaction initiated by You on the Platform.
      5. If a payment gateway is not available to perform the services, as may be requested.
      6. If the transaction cannot be completed for reasons not in control of Company.
    3. You shall only be able to claim refunds for transactions initiated by You only if You have already pre-paid the fees with respect to such transaction. You shall be eligible to get the refund if Company has cancelled the order because of any reason mentioned under Para 26.2
    4. All decisions with respect to refunds will be at the sole discretion of Company and in accordance with Company’s internal refund policy (Refund Metrix) and the same shall be final and binding. All refunds initiated by Company shall be refunded to the financial source account from which, You have initiated the transaction on the Platform.
    5. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Company is only responsible for arranging troubleshooting of the users' complaints and directing the users to the Financial Partners. The ultimate responsibility of the replacement or refund lies with the Financial Partners.
    6. The amount of a transaction maybe charged back (‘Chargeback’) if the transaction is (i) disputed by cardholder; (ii) reversed for any reason; (iii) not authorized by cardholder or if Company or the issuing bank has reason to believe that it is not authorised; or (iv) is considered unlawful or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
    7. In case of a Chargeback, You will owe Company and will be required to immediately pay Company the amount of any Chargeback and any associated fees, fines or penalties as assessed by the payment gateway, bank, card association or processor. You agree to assist Company when requested to investigate any of your transactions made using the Company Platform. Your failure in providing timely assistance to Company, including without limitation providing documentation, where required within 72 hours, may result in an irreversible Chargeback.
    8. Further in such cases your use of Platform or the entire Company Services maybe blocked for an indefinite period of time as decided by Company on a case-to-case basis.
